2013-02-22 Perfmon.exe是什麼？

Perfmon.exe是一個Windows上的一個「資源監視」程序，是屬於DLL檔案。

Perfmon.exe 一旦出現錯誤，電腦可能會藍頻（0X1188480）、當機等問題，或是無法找到 Perfmon.exe 出現錯誤的原因很多，但最有可能的就是惡意程式，因為Perfmon.exe很容易被惡意程式（TrojanDownloader / Win32/Agent.DO）感染。

Windows Vista：

在 Windows vista 的電腦上，您可以按一下 [資源監視器] 按鈕。然後，效能監視器 (Perfmon.exe) 的處理程序可能會不斷地啟動及停止。此外，Windows Vista 可能停止回應。

如何解決問題：

1.      登入windows vista的administrator

2.      然後關閉UAC功能

3.      除了關閉UAC之外，你使用的帳戶不具有系統管理員的認可。

4.      在工作管理員中，效能，可以點選資源監視器。

Steps to reproduce the problem：

1.      You log on to a Windows Vista-based computer by using an account that has administrator credentials.

2.      You disable the User Account Control (UAC) feature.

3.      You log on to the Windows Vista-based computer on which UAC has been disabled. Additionally, you use an account that does not have administrator credentials.

4.      On the Performance tab of the Windows Task Manager dialog box, you click the Resource Monitor button.

原因：

因為Perfmon.exe會使用ShellExecuteEx函式，當ShellExecuteEx函式無法使用Runas命令正確的停用UAC功能的話就化發生錯誤。

This problem occurs because Perfmon.exe uses the ShellExecuteEx function. However, the ShellExecuteEx function cannot use the Runas command correctly if the UAC feature is disabled.
